Dear All,

Have bought a nice looking SGS 5420. Followed instructions, plugged in, used SGMI to log in. Lovely. Added routing information. Changes checked out OK and it asked for a reboot.

But now it say's Symantec Gateway is stopped when it reboots on both the LCD panel and in SGMI (can still log in ok). And I can't get it to start. Not at all.

Which kind of leaves me up a creek without a paddle. The UK Symantec support team are useless - most haven't even heard of the SGS5420, asking am I sure its not a 320R?! :'(

Has anyone any experience of using this box. Basically I plan to have two networks 192.168.0.X and 192.168.100.X with a DMZ for a mail relay for 100.X running of eth0, 2 and 3 with a DSL connection on eth1, with a G2G VPN tunnel to a PIX 506e to connect it to a branch network 192.168.101.X?

Can anyone give me any advice/point me in the right direction for a decent guide.

Cheers!
