Question....

I have a few directories that "now" have the SGID
attribute set. I did not set these on, and would like
to turn off the attribute. Can someone tell me the
proper syntax for that???

Thanks In Advance,

Rich

rhearn,

The 'chmod' command is what your looking for. Try
'chmod g-s {directory}' to remove it. Hope this helps.

The software required `Windows 95 or better', so I installed Linux.

Try searching for that bit in the child subdirectories of your SGID directory, that bit makes the child subs got one too....

I hope it works...
