SGI CD ROM

Hi there!
I just got an Indigo 2 IMPACT 10000 and want to get it up and running (it's a complete mess...) but it doesn't have a cdrom. On top of that I am a complete novice on SGI... Does anyone know whe I can find a suitable cdrom (in uk) for that machine and how to install it?

hi, you can check

and get the sled-CDROM Hardware and then insert it into the workstation, turn off your SGI, and then reboot it. The system, suppose, should automatically install the device. If not, you need check the SGI manual.
