SGC 5110 Console Login/Pass Prompt

Hi All,

have got a used SGC 5110 and when I access via the console port, it prompts for a login/password, which I don't know. What is the default for this.? I also have the SRMC CD, but, would really like to access via the console 1st. Any help appreciated. Installation and Configuration Guide doesn't contain a section for console access. Cheers.

Hi All,

well, I figured this out, and was able to get in and so...today I pressed the restart button, located at the front, and now it just hangs on,

Symantec Gateway Starting...

Pressing the E or S button does nothing. What have I done.? Ouch! Cheers
