SG 24A - None of the port lights are on

Power light and ethernet port lights are on, but all the analog port lights are off. None of the analog phones are working and Shoretel communicators cannot listen to their voicemails. Any suggestion?

Have you cycled the power on the 24A? And for communicators, can you use the software to do anything, such as make calls? Is there an error in the upper right corner of communicator?

Yes, I tried that couple times.

Right now, all analog phones do not have dial tone. This switch supposes to affect on analog phones only, but somehow all voip phones users used to be able to click on the voice mails on communicator and the messages will play on the phone sets, now they can only be played on PC speaker.
