I try to modify the user profile but still not working
anyone can tell how to change the sftp upload file permissoion ??

thanks

Not sure, but if your files have the correct permissions on the source server, perhaps get -P would preserve the permissions.

answer the question myself :p

I try to use different shell, the original is /bin/sh
I change the default shell in /etc/passwd to /usr/bin/bash
and create the .bashrc in user home directory

set the umask to 007

then it works

although I do not know why sh not work but bash works
