SFP SX Linksys Transciever in Catalyst 3750S

Hi

I have 2 Cisco Catalyst 3750 12SFP Ports like Core Switches, when I connect the SFP SX Linksys Transciever, NO Link, but if I connect SFP LH Linksys the link is ok. No message appears in console.

But if I connect the SFP SX Linksys Transciever in Catalyst 2960G in console appears the message that the SX Transciever is not compatible.

Any idea?

Yeah, you can't just use any old SFP module in these switches. The SFP's need to be one of the following:
GLC-LH-SM
GLC-SX-MM
GLC-ZX-SM

Maybe there are some third party modules that will work, but Cisco likes to lock you in.

Ok, correct, but when I connect a Cisco SFP SX in both ports, again , no link.. is possible that the SFP SX Linksys had damaged the ports? I hope NO....

Don't think it would damage it it just won't work . Look in the logs for any errors and do a show int status and see what state the port is in .

The port is likely to be error-disabled after putting an incompatible module in it.

Also, I wonder what kind of fibre leads you are using?

The LH module will work across either single mode or multimode cable whereas the SX module only really works across multimode, although you should get at least some unreliable activity over singlemode.
