When trying to merge any of the fields, the following error message is displayed.

Please define what you mean by "merge any of the fields".

as in
Master Scheduling -> trx -> MI -> Merge

Then selecting which boxes to check, and trying to merge the data.

Apologies if this isn't clear, I cant access Macola at the moment.

Severe Com/Ado errors are caused by a number of things but there is nothing in the Macola infomine with this specific error message. By the way are you getting this every tie you perform a merge?

If so then rebuild the MSSCHFIL table, then try the merge again. If that does no help post back.

Yes it happens every time we perform a merge.
We've tried initialising the files, and I've just rebuilt the MSSCHFIL table, neither make a difference to the error message.

My Macola progression version number is 7.6.200
my macmss.dll version is 78.73.79.70

Have you asked this of your Macola reseller? I have a few clients on 76200, but none of them have Master Scheduling.

Your Macola reseller should be able to place a tech support call for you at least. I cannot do that.
