Can I have seperate mailboxes within the same copy of Outlook. I want all production managers to share a computer, but the e-mail maybe with the name in subject line or something to go into their own mailbox. Is this possible and give me starting point please.

I know I can do this with folders, is that the method to use?

Thanks for your help,

Bsimm

yeah it's possible. we use exchange 5.5 and outlook 97. just create new mailbox accounts on the client PC using mail and fax from control panel. i am assuming the accounts are setup on the server. once in outlook go TOOLS,OPTIONS,GENERAL then in STARTUP options choose ask for a profile on startup.

Give the shared PC its own account name, like Mgrs1 or something. Then, have everybody share their inboxes with it. They need to set permissions, and Mgrs1 needs to hit File-Open-Special Folder (or Other Person's Folder). All depends on version and whether on Exchange server or IMO.
