several issues, network waits and inode usage

Im getting these warnings

200608230206 WARNING Network Waits: 72 Limit: 40
200608230106 WARNING Threads in Runqueue: 7 Limit: 5

I have no idea what to do with it, I tried to search for an answer in the IBM AIX online documentations database, but havent been able to find a single clue.

furthermore, one of the filesystems has a higher percentage %iused then %used which strikes me as odd.

Also in this issue Ive tried finding out if this is a problem and how to fix it.

It seems that you have some performance problems. What I suggest you is to run the analysis tools like vmstat, iostat, filemon, lvmstat etc. Also you can obtain more information from the performance redbooks. If you could and want please post the output from the commands, maybe we can help you more.
