Several directories in D.N.A. ?

Hi all,

I have a short question: can I configure D.N.A. in such a way that I have several directories where I store user information and when a call comes in to OWS it automatically opens the right directory depending on which directory the B-number is in? In a big company this would be useful because there can be several people with the same name.
