Several adodc controls working - 1 not???

I have several Ado controls on a couple of forms each attached to different tables in an Access2000(jet40) database. All work except one. I get a object not set error. When I run the app everthing works fine except this one which appears as though disabled on the forms. (I have tried this on two different forms. I also tried adding a new ado control attached to another table and it works fine.
Can anyone help.
