Setup VPN Server on a DC

once i configure and enable RRAS on my dc i can no longer ping my DC by IP or Name. This server currently only has 1 IP Address assinged to it. Is it just as simple as adding another IP and using that IP as the RRAS IP?

THanks in advnace?
