SETUP Vpn on 871 Cisco Router

dear all, I need to establish a VPN connection in the following particular situation and any suggestion would help.

The goal is to establish a continous vpn connection with a remote site;
The difficulty for me is the device making the WAN connection is not the one establishing the VPN:

I've setup the below diagram but before setting it up, i'd need to make sure it can work? sorry i've an image file but don't know how to send it here?
And if anyone here can help with tips in configuring it all in cisco 871-sec-k9 it'd be very nice.

From the PC to the VPN server?
or from the "10.10.10.1/CISCO 871-sec-k9/192.168.100.84" to VPN server ?

The PC should contact the remote VPN server.

I've made a new diagram and specify hereafter my need actually: I can parameter the devices with x.x.x.x and do not know how set up the diagram to get it working.

What people from the VPN server side told is i've to use 192.168.10.80 / 30 network address's .
