I've a partner ace system the number I see on it is 308ec r3, I'm trying to get the voice mail program for the last two weeks but I kept getting the AA, and if I press the intercom botton I get a busy signal, after reading through the post last night I get it to were the phone you calling form will ring for a while befour the actual phone rings but the AA don't come on anymore but it don't go to voice mail, and also inside the the two pc slot which card go first the voicemail or the remote access card.

thanks for any help

In trying to decipher your message, I take it you are using a PC Card voice mail in your Partner ACS. If you kno how to get into system programming, do this:

#505-7-78-1
#505-7-79-1
#306-78-10
#306-79-10
#206-7-01-1
#206-7-02-1
#206-7-03-1
#506-1-01-4
#506-1-02-4
#506-1-02-4
#310-XX-1 for EVERY extension that has a mailbox, where "XX" is the extension number

This will assign your voice mail ports, set unanswered transfers without mailboxes to return to the operator, assign your lines to 4 rings before answering, and cover your extensions with mailboxes.

Good luck!

I did all of that but now the phone has two lines if I call the phone it will blink for a while then rings for about 7 or 8 time then I get the attendend saying thank you for calling then say tranfaring call then it will ring again, and if I press the intercom button to press 777 to get in the mail box I get a busy signal.

and thanks for you help.
