Setup Unified Messaging and get to call pilot voicemail

I have 2 questions about my BCM 200 3.7. I have 8 seats activated for unified messaging and need to know how to set it up. I also wanted to know what code I can type into a phone to access my voice mail on my call pilot while on the road.

1. run the desktop messaging client install ...

Is there a way to send it directly to Exchange and avoid the client software on the local PC?
