Setup SMTP Authentication in Lotus Notes R5

Please help, I am having problem sending mail out, due to the fact that my ISP have changed their Network Configuration, that all customers must have SMTP Authentication;

How do I setup up SMTP Authentication in Lotus Notes? I have gone through the Domino Setup and I can not find where I can setup the SMTP Authentication.
