Guys,

It's been some time that I've tried to work on installing SDM on the routers. Anyone know how to install these necessary files on the routers?

2 14617 sdm.shtml

3 669 sdmconfig-38x.cfg

4 2290688 sdm.tar

5 14617 sdm.shtml.hide

6 1446 home.html

7 214016 home.tar

8 1446 home.html.hide

How do you actually obtain these similar files? Line 1 is the ios file, so I left that out.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

I thought SDM had an install script to install on the routers or a server/workstation. Mine does, anyway. You need a copy?

Burt

Sure....

I was deciphering facts on how to get the actual .cfg, sdm.tar, etc.. as listed above...

I have the program SDM, latest version from Cisco Site...then it can install it straight to the router, but a scripts to be added in there to install any SDM?

Again, sure, I'll take a copy.

Thanks

No prob---ftp://69.150.42.33
Take what you want. The SDM is SDM-V23.zip
If you take like gigabytes of stuff, please do so between 10 PM and 6 AM central standard time, or between 8 am and 5 pm. I'd say under 1GB any time is okay.

Thanks a lot......

Guys,
Simple steps to install the SDM in router:
Just use FTP download instead of TFTP,for uploading these SDM files into the router.
5 minutes process.

Sunny

Thanks for the heads up, I'm ahead of the game in steps on how to install this. I've installed 21 routers all range from 1811, through 3825.

Peace

Opppss...By the way, Burt, I now have SDM.v24

You want this version? I'm assuming that you have a Cisco Acct., and can log in to download it?

Peace
