I've created a setup project where I have a folder under the "Application Folder" which is the name of my program. Inside that folder contains my executable and also my config file.
I created a shortcut under the "User's Desktop" folder. For the shortcut, I tried to change the "Target" property to point to my executable name, but I can only change it to a folder.
Why can't I change it to a file? It only lets me change it to a folder...
