Setup problem for vb6 sp5 with crystal report

I am facing a problem with setup. My environment is window 98, visual studio 6 with sp5, crystal report enterprise edition 8.5, SQL server 2000.

My problem is when I complete my project, I make a EXE file, it is success. When I use package and deploy, I will display out the message call error 28, out of stack space, causing me can not make an distribution file.

Anybody have any idea?
