Does anyone know if I can setup a Polycom VoiceStation on our phone system so that it duplicates the features we currently have; i.e., forward, etc. Supposedly the flash button will bring up a submenu.

My question is, what type of phone do I tell the system it is? Right now it's setup as an analogue line. I would assume it needs to be change to a different model.

Any help would be greatly appreciated...thanks

you'll be able to use any analog phone(including polycom) on the analog ports of the pbx
and flash will give you options to invoke features using codes programmed in the m1

The Voice Station is an Analog Phone, so it uses an analog line. All you should need is C6A and XFA in the cls to make it work.

as usual, you'll need to check the flash timer on the poly and match that to the switch and provide the use with a list of feature codes ( conf) etc
