Setup PCA release 7

Hello,

I just started a thread called Huntgroup Forward to external cellphone

We have like 3 tech who are on the field/moving most of the time. So they have a cellphone with them.

What I want accomplish : if one of our user dial 1234 : it is possible to forward that to 3 cell at the same time and drop other 2 call to cell phone as soon as first tech answer the call.

One of member of tek-tips told me to that I can use PCA , as do not know how to do and wanted to started new thread with correct subject...

First of all, how do I know if I have PCA Licence and how to setup pca. I am quick learner

Extension internal to dial : 1234
Cell 1 : 1234567890
Cell 2 : 2345678901
Cell 3 : 3456789012

Make ring to cellphone and extension at simultaneously when user dial 1234

First thing to do is to go into LD 22 and key in SLT to print out all your licenses. You need to look for something like..

i just figured out that I have same output as you in ld 22 pca 0/0/0 .. .therfore we have to request to add that feature

By the way, I also have Mobile Extension : what is this for and can it can be used to accomplish what I want to do.

In the future purpose or it may useful for other user, so can you post complete guide for what I am looking for. (like to how to create pca 500 with correct configuration)
