Branch Office Setup

Hi, looking to setup a branch office (under same domain) and install a W2K3 server.

Bit new to this scenario so would really appreciate some help with which way to go with deploying a member server or DC. Existing setup is as follows:

1 Head Office:
- 2 DC's, DNS in AD integrated, DHCP for 192.168.132.x / 255.255.255.0
- 2Mb Leased Line

1 Existing Branch:
VPN into main office
1 DC (20 Users), DHCP for 192.168.135.x / 255.255.255.0
2Mb SDSL 1:1:

New Branch office:
VPN into main office
8 users initially (max only for 13) for file and print and email (VPN into Head office for Exchange server).
2mb SDSL 10:1
Possibly 192.168.138.x / 255.255.255.0

1. If I opt for File and print should I point snd to main head office DNS? Any other DNS changes requered from head office?
2. Possible options for DHCP on new server?

Many thanks in advanced.
