Need help on where do I check to set this up.

Ran dnsreport.com on my domain which indicates that

FAIL acceptance of postmaster address

ERROR: One or more of your mailservers does not accept mail to postmaster@mydomain.ca. Mailservers are required (RFC822 6.3, RFC1123 5.2.7, and RFC2821 4.5.1) to accept mail to postmaster.

smtp.serverdomain.ca's postmaster response:
>>> RCPT TO:<postmaster@mydomain.ca>
<<< 550 relaying to prohibited by administrator

HOW DO I FIX THIS??? Don't know where to look.

Hi! How did you fix your problem? I'm having the same problem with my domain and my exchange server isn't accepting any external emails. Please help! thanks.

Give me more information concerning your problem.

You need to add postmaster@yourdomian.com in your SOA record in order to get the postmaster error to go away.

Example of SOA Record you:

@ IN SOA nameserver.sps-systems.com postmaster.sps-systems.com (
2 ; serial number
36000 ; refresh [1h]
600 ; retry [10m]
86400 ; expire [1d]
3600 ) ; min TTL [1h]
