Setup Netscreen 5XT and unable to access Secured Server

Help Please,

I setup a Netscreen 5XT for Firewall and VPN. The VPN tunnel I created works, but I am unable to access any secured server websites on the internet. For example, I cannot access any webmail inboxes or bank account web pages. Any suggestions? Thanks.
