I have 2 users that get an error message "Setup.msi access to specified device, path, or file is denied" when trying to install a new VO printer. The error occurs logged in as the administrator or as the user logged in with admin rights? Has anyone run into this or have a fix? Thanks!!! Users are running Win 2000 on Toshiba Tecra 9000s.
