Setup KX-TDA100

I'd like to apologize and thank everyone in advance for your help.

I have a client that brought a KX-TDA100HK from Hong Kong to Canada to use in his office. There is an LCOT8, DID8, DLC16 and OPB3 and MPR board with an external TVM50 module.

I've never worked with Panasonic before but I'm trying to learn. They have asked the phone company for 2 POTS lines (analog) which I guess I need to hook up to the LCOT8 card using Amphenol cable (wiring help would be appreciated). I've got the extensions to work properly but I can't get an outgoing line dial tone.

I'm not sure if I wired the lines incorrectly or haven't set something in the system. It's a very simple setup. Any help would be appreciated.

Have you put the LCOT8 Card INSERVICE?

I got it to work finally. The wiring was not done properly.
