If you are talking about a shortcut to uninstall then. No and yes. Even though Microsoft does it it isn't recommended that you do so. So they don't help you with the ability to do so. If you do a Google search for ORCA. It is from Microsoft and it contains a utility that will allow you to modify a setup file. It should still contain the documentation on how to modify a shortcut in a setup file to work as an uninstall shortcut.
