i am transferring my exchange server from old box to the new box.i have move several mailbox from the old server to the new server. And the selected users mailbox works fine..however..
should i create new internet mail in the new server? because in the old server i have setup the internet mail. when i try to setup the internet mail in the new server it gives me this message 'Connections cannot be created in the selcted parent container. Do you want to switch to the 'Connections' container of site 'PUTRALRT' ? should i proceed??and if i do...what will happen to the intenet mail in the old server ??
what about the distribution list?? should i set the properties - expension servers to any server in sites or set it to the new server ??
and public folder...how do i move the public folder to the new server or will it automatically move to the new server ..
because i am going to shut down the old server...
