setup I1140 on cs1000

Please, I need your help. I received a new telephnoe i1140. I wanted how to configure this type of telephnoe in CS1000.

configuring one is dependent on what you want to do with it, is there an existing one that has about the same facilities that you want? If so you might find it easier to copy that (LD 11 REQ cpy 1)

yes, there is a phone of the same type in my system, but with diffirents functions. can you describe me the steps to copy it. thank you

Not a lot of point copying it if you don't know how to tailor it. But you

Req cpy 1
Type 1140
Tn <tn of existing set>
Totn <tn of new set>
Dn <dn of new set>

Then like gwebster do some reading. Prompts are in the administration input output guide. There is a post on here for the 7.6 micro merl which is all the basic manuals you will need in one easy download
