Setup Holiday message for customer service call center

Can anybody help me need to setup feature button on a station that will send all inbound calls to customer service to holiday message
 
Ok if I get what you are asking you can do one of two things.

A) Create a holiday table and in the vector send calls to an announcement if the holiday is in the table.

or

B) If there will be no Agent logged in with that Client's skill then you could easily just put a step in the vector that says:
1)goto step 2 if staffed-agents in skill #(Skill number) = 0
2)disconnect after announcement 1234

I like option B as it is easy and our holidays we are totally shutdown so none is logged in.
