Setup for multiple users on Outlook 2007

I have an admin asst. that just left and a new person was hired. Problem is the new asst. needs to see her email, the old asst. and the VP email on Outlook 2007. Exchange is hosted outside the company and trying to figure out how to link the new asst's email in with the others.
