Setup fax on the pbx

All the lines come thought the pbx and I want to setup
a fax on one of them. I have a analog mod and 2 channels
with numbers I want to setup as fax's. I went to book and I
have setup what I thinks is write, but all I get is half a ring then voicemail. Any help would a great.

You will have to look at two areas. First check Terminals&Sets-Capabilities->forward no answer and Terminals&Sets->capabilities->forward on busy. both for the extension of the fax machine and make sure that they do not forward to voicemail.
second you will have to look at ALL other extensions and make sure that those extensions that forward to voicemail do not have the trunk/line ring on them. (this is probably what you are going to find)
you will also want to make sure that the fax extension does ring for the trunk/line you are using. JerryReeve
