setup failed while registering ISA server filters

Installing ISA Server 2004 on a windows 2003 server . The install runs all the way through and at the end failes with the below

any Ideas

Has the ISA got the right permissions? ie is it running under the system account? Cant remeber what the permissions actually were when I set it up

The ISA is being intalled with the serverlogged in as administrator

Is that domain admin or local admin?

Try doing it under domain admin
