Setup.exe missing when updating or upgrading.

hello. I can not manually update or upgrade.. i keep getting this error "The program 'setup.exe' does not exist in the directory."

i have copied both sdat4252.exe and renamed it to setup.exe to every folder i can think it might look.. any ideas. thanks!!.. here is what my log file says

Did you download the AUTOUPG.ZIP file and extracted it to the same directory? AVChap
... my $1 worth of advise, 2cents isn't enough due to inflation
