Setup Error

When adding a 2007 server to are current Exchange 2003 within are domain. I'm getting the following error dueing install.

The setup gets to Readiness Checks the errors : setup encountered a problem while validating the state of active directory: domain controller "server" OS verion is 5.0(2195) SP4 . The minimum verion required is 5.2 (3790) sp1

The server is a DC with windows 2000 SP4. I have another windows 2003 DC on the network and it has all the FSMO.

You're running into a known problem with the RTM of Exchange 2007. If you install Exchange from the SP1 media you won't have a problem. See:
