Setup error "one or more GNT missing from engine"

I downloaded Fix for the Y2K setup probelm. I got past the 114 error, but am now getting a message "one or more GNt missing from engine" and the Setup utility is displaying error code 00207. Can any one help me with this one?

The "One or more GNT files missing from Engine" error might be related to the OS. I get the error on Win2K but not when installing to WinNT (no service packs). With SP6a, I get the 114 error described elsewhere on this site. I have no idea what triggers that error in 2000 but not standard NT.
