Setup Distribution Disk: setup error 283

Hi, I'm a FoxPro programmer since 1993.
The last version I work with is VFPro 6.0
And the OS is WinsowsME.
I've tried to see whether the client can install my distribution disks
by himself, but:
The windows reported Setup error 283 (Object 8)
while installing a distribution disk.
What may cause that error?

I've tried many times with removing, adding, editting files in my project.

- FIX: Set Mark To '.' Causes Invalid Distribution Disks.

Basically, it says to make sure you have updated to SP3 and the updated Setup Wizard code. But you may want to upgrade to SP4 or 5 and avoid downloading both (and old) file sets.
