Setup difficulty

I just purchased IMail v7.0 and I'm having a tough time figuring something out. How do I setup the program with a domain name so e-mail addresses are appended with domainname.com and not the machine name? In the IMail administrator, under Users, under the attribute tag in the Mail atribute the value is username@computername, not username@domainname.com. In the General tab in the Reply To field it's the same thing. I don't have my users entered yet, and I don't want to have to go in and edit every user's setup. How do I edit the configuration so that the domain name pops up where it's suppposed to??? Reinstallation is quick so that's an option, but I need to know where I'm entering information incorrectly.

Highlight local host on the left side then click the add host button on the right. Make sure the "official host name" is the domain name you want as the default. You also have to make sure there is a DNS A record for the domain. So if the domain is company.com, that is the offical host name. Then any users added under that host will have the domain as the default.
