Setup busy tone on single-line

I have 3300 MX 8.0. Currently our tenants have the option to subscribe the callerID/call waiting from us. I created COS that will have no features, which won't receive camp-on tone or callerID, etc... Recently, it stops working and I don't know why. I called Mitel Support and they told me that the way it is. However, it has been working since June after new installation.

Can anyone tell me if it's ever working for you? I know that it's working for us and our tenants. Now, I received complaints that why the phone is not busy when they're on the phone. HELP! Thanks.

are you referring to external calls?

the cos timer for auto camp on for the trunks need to be blank if memory serves correct.

Ditto for MitelPassion.

Campon is programmed at the dialing device. i.e. Trunks.

Blank timer disables campon.
