I would be very greatful if someone can help me out here.

We have 3 sites 1 Corp and 2 branch offices. All 3 sites have independent internet connections right now.
Current Configuration:
Corp:
Server 1- 2003 DC with Domain name OFFICE
Server 2 - Exchange 2003
15 users
Branch 1:
Server - 2003 DC with Domain name OFFICE
3 users
This was setup independently of Corp
Branch 2:
Server - 2000 DC with Domain name OFFICE
This was setup independently of Corp
4 users

All these 3 sites are currently not connected to each other,
just a few blocks away from each other.

Now, the plan is to connect all the 3 sites. The Telecom Company is using Cisco routers at each end to connect all the 3 sites to each other, and they are programmed to connect 3 different subnets
192.168.4.x - Corp
192.168.16.x - Branch 1
192.168.64.x - Branch 2
This part just got done. And according to them the routers are programmed so that all hosts on each site can talk to each other, ie 192.168.4.x can ping 192.168.16.x etc.

The corp site will be the main site. We want to be able to use the 2 servers in the 2 branches to be additional DCs to the main DC(will hold FSMO roles). I am not sure how we can get there from our current setup with 3 sites setup independently ( though with same DOMAIN name, all setup to be the first DC ).

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Thanks for your help
