ME NEED SETUP AN ACD BASIC, I NEED INSTALL 10 AGENTS, ONLY HAVE 10 LICENSES FOR ACD IN MY CS1KM RLS 6.0, WHICH ARE STEPS FOR SETUP THIS ACD.

1. ld 23 build ACD. Find available DN and that will be your ACDN. You will set MAXP to 10. HOML will need to be NO if you are using phones with handsets

2. you will find two DNs per phone
KEY 0 ACD xxxx 0 yyyy (XXXX is your ACDN, 0 is your clid entry , YYYY is your position id (first DN for the phone)

KEY 1 NRD
KEY 2 MSB
KEY 3 SCR AAAA (AAAA is your dn (second dn for the phone)

3. Agents pick up the handset and press ## and they are in. If you set up your ACD block in LD 23 then they can use Agent ID's

This is as basic as it gets. You can look at the prompts for Recordings, Music, Overflow, Night Call Forward (where the calls will ring if no one is logged in)....yada..yada..yada.
