Setup: Access Violation

Hi Guys,
I searched for the existing thread for this error, didnt find anything.

I made Setup package using PDW.
But when i try install, i get this error. can anyone please help me in this.

access violations mean the file is currently in use, in otherwords, your setup program wants to copy across a file that the OS or a running program is already using. Think of it as someone trying to sweep the rug from under your feet. You could just ignore the error, as the file appears to already be present, or get a setup programme that performs a reboot then copies the offending file over, while it's not in use - Something like InstallShield perhaps?
