Setup AA with Options

I am trying to setup the following:

Our main line is answered by the AA. I want callers to be able to hit 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, etc. and be able to goto a second level and hear another message, say Sales, Tech Support, Parts, AP, AR, then transfer to a hunt group for each; if no answer, then goto a group VM box ...

How would I do this? I have my hunt groups assigned, just can't figure out how to get the AA to recignize digits? Am I missing something?
 
Setup your CCR tree, add a "trasfer" option for each path, set the outdial method to "Intercom", phone number to the internal # of the HG (ie. 604,605, etc)

In youe greeting say "For support hit 1, sales hit 2, etc
 
So you can only have one CCR per system? I can't make multiple trees?
 
nevermind -- i need to read the freeking manual =) Amazing what it holds ;-P
 
you can have more than one CCR on system,and multiple trees
