setup a weather call in # for snow days, option11/callpilot 2

We are trying to setup a weather call in # for employees to call in on snow days. Can I set an ext. to play the message only?

Why not set up a DID and associate this with a Listen Only mailbox.

set up as an as (announcement service) in the voice mail dn table ... then add the as... in the switch make that number a acd dn with ncfw your voice mail
