Setup a user on R6.5 client

Hello,

I'm trying to setup a user on R6.5 client and still using R4.66B server(will upgrade). When i tried to connect to the server i can't manually specify the ID to use and instead it looks directly to the Server Address book for the ID. The problem is, the ID on the server has expired and how do I get around this? Lotus will not let me get beyond this point and it won't let me specify the ID location.

If you drop down the "For User" box when logging in there should be a choice for "Other" which will let you select the ID?
