Setup a new terminal, and it keep rebooting, please help!

First of all, Merry Christmas to all Tek-Tippers!!!!!

I just purchase a NCR terminal, clean installed of XP and Aloha v5.3.36.
Terminal keep rebooting.
If I Ctrl+Alt+Del to terminate Aloha during booting, then in Windows, Start>All Programs>Start UP and click on IBERCFG.BAT, then it start Aloha and working ok. Am I missing something during my installation process?

check your startup folder to see if you are loading ibercfg.bat only. Delete it and add a new shortcut. Make sure the iber.exe file isn't loaded in the startup or from another startup bat file.
