I am looking for some irection here; I'm in a little over my head at this point.

I am setting up a small network of servers (old HP VL6's) all win2k advanced. I'm have a registered Domain, and want to set up my system for resolution from the internet for Here's what I'm not sure of:

1. How can I set up Dynamic DNS resolution?

2. Do I need to setup up a secondary domain (home.mydomain.com) so that my internal resolution stays local, or can I achieve this with routing tables etc.?

3. How do I set up resolution for Exchange?

I'm going to want internal resolution, because I'll have a SQL, Exchange, and eventually SMS set up. I'm not looking for golden answers, just so direction - I just dont know where to start looking for info. Thanks.

Know the feeling...
Suggest you get Mark Manasi's book "Windows 2000 Server". Basically the DNS chapter should get you going. If you want your own DNS resolution (preferable), concentrate on the development of "split brain" DNS for your network's safety.
