settings won't go to 265

I am needing some info. reguarding this question. My settings are stuck at 16 bits. The Diagnostics says it's my DL_VIDEO.DLL watch should I do, is there any updating needed? Thank You

What Operating system are you running and what server do you have?
You may just have to update the driver for the video, or replace the .DLL file completely with a new copy.
Try to get back to me with the answers.
