I have a cable modem plugged into a Linksys RTP300 router (I have voice over IP) and a Linksys WRT54G wireless router plugged into the RTP300. In the RTP300 router there is a xbox 360 plugged into 1 port and the wireless router in the 2nd port. I'm trying to connect my laptop and a PC wirelessly. Now, If I leave the wireless config set on the default settings, my laptop and PC WILL connect to the network and BOTH will connect to internet. When I adjust the scurity settings in the wireless config (I put permit only these 2 mac address, a WEP key, and I switch it to G only) They BOTH will connect to the network, but ONLY the laptop will connect to the internet. The PC won't. Anyone with some advice I will greatly appreciate it.

I would assume since it works on the default setting that my problem is in the security features?

Well I would check to make sure you PC's card is G rated also are you using Windows to manage your wireless or the software for the nic?
